AL-TW Series Laser Welding Machines
The fiber source is characterized by high efficiency – ideal for reproducible welds. The open concept gives you flexibility in terms of processing a wide variety of components. The AL-TW is a stable work bench with integrated fiber laser. It is available with 300, 450, 600, or 900 watt laser sources. It allows you to weld pulsed or in CW mode (CW = continuous melt). A keyhole is made during CW welding (deep penetration depths into the material are possible as a result). The lasers and movement system are easily operated from an intuitive touch screen on the side console. In addition, the laser parameters can also be configured or adjusted during welding by means of the patented multifunctional footswitch. This allows you to remain fully focused on laser welding, without requiring you to take your hands off the workpiece.
